How long does it take?
Residential solar panel cleaning takes about 1-2 hours, and residential window washing generally takes 2-3 hours.
Do I have to be onsite for my solar panel cleaning appointment?
Nope! You don't have to be present for us to complete the work. We'll send you before and after pictures along with the invoice. This applies to all appointment types; window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and gutter cleaning. Just let us know what works best for you!
What's your availability?
We generally have availability 1-2 weeks out. Please check with us if you require a rush appointment, as we may be able to make accommodations.
How much will it cost?
Our pricing is based on the number of panels for solar cleaning, number of panes for window washing, and linear footage for gutter cleaning. Contact us for a free estimate!
Do you have a minimum?
Yes, we do have a $100 minimum for all appointment categories.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Credit card transactions have a 2.9% fee.
What do you use to clean the panels?
We use a telescopic waterfed pole with a soft bristle brush specifically designed for cleaning solar panels. In addition, we use deionized water, which is highly filtered and particulate free.
Can you use RainEx on solar panels to help keep them clean?
No! You should not use chemicals to clean your system, and you specifically should not use Rain-X. You can find information from their company directly HERE.
Won't the rain clean my panels?
Studies show that cleaning your panels improves production output levels, and rain cannot get your panels as clean as water and a brush.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We have an extensive insurance policy. You should never allow an uninsured "company" to work on your property, you may be liable for any accidents or damage.
